ArtArthur Goldner has served as president and CEO of Arthur Goldner & Associates for over four decades. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1971. Mr. Goldner has extensive experience in the acquisition and management of commercial investment real estate. Under his leadership, over the past 27 years, Arthur Goldner has established himself as a leader in the Chicago real estate brokerage community.  Mr. Goldner and his team have completed more than 80 real estate acquisitions of commercial investment properties throughout the Chicago metropolitan area and other markets in the Midwest. These acquisitions, on behalf of partnerships and limited liability companies, were all spearheaded by Mr. Goldner, in his capacity as general partner or managing member. Mr. Goldner attended the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and majored in architecture.


WolfsonLee Wolfson has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Wolfson has extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of retail leasing, development, re-development, merchandising, demographic analysis and marketing. From 1983 through 2002, Mr. Wolfson headed up the leasing department for Joseph Freed & Associates, LLC., a leading real estate developer in the Midwest. While at Freed, Mr. Wolfson was involved with over 15 million square feet of new developments, re-developments and leasing of exisiting assets. Since 2002 Wolfson worked on more than 10 million square feet of retail shopping center, malls and mixed use developments for specific private clients. During his tenure, Mr. Wolfson has negotiated over 3500 net leases with many national and regional retailers.

 Mr. Wolfson has been a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over 30 years and has served on the Illinois State ICSC Board, since 1988. Mr. Wolfson served as the State Retail Chairman for two terms and has chaired several ICSC events throughout the state. In May of 2014, Wolfson was given a position of Illinois ICSC State Ambassador.


DougDoug Johnson has successfully acquired, leased, and/or developed in excess of 25 million square feet of commercial real estate. His real estate career began in 1977 with CBRE. After years of successful brokerage activity–representing developers, land owners, investors, and extensive tenant representation–Mr. Johnson joined the Mills Corporation, a national super regional mall developer, located in Washington D.C. In 1995 he founded D.E. Johnson & Associates, Inc. in Northbrook, Illinois, specializing in tenant representation, development and consulting. In addition to his brokerage company, in 1999 Mr. Johnson founded DB Development, LLC., providing services in site feasibility, land assemblage and analysis, coordinating with municipalities for comprehensive land planning and final project approval.


Jordan E. Glazov has over 47 years of success as a Principal, C-level Corporate Executive, Consultant, and Attorney in domestic and multi-national enterprises. He has experience in residential and commercial real estate, corporate finance, financial modeling, government contracting and regulations, business administration and operations. His responsibilities include: the acquisition, business planning, financing, development, zoning, asset management, operating, leasing, converting to condominium, and/or disposition of: 18,000 single family and multi-family residential dwelling units, 1.2 million square feet of retail space, 6 million square feet of office space, and 120,000 telecommunications antenna sites.  Mr. Glazov is also accomplished in real estate acquisition and disposition brokerage transactions for $2.45 billion of office, retail, and residential properties.

Kally-MortonKally Morton is a real estate Market Strategist for Arthur Goldner & Associates. Ms. Morton’s strategic initiatives have played a fundamental role in the development, growth and success of the firm. Her responsibilities include market and demographic analysis, as well as creating financial models for all projects based on market trends and forecasting,  Ms. Morton is responsible for the development of presentations and materials for site selection and tours for retail clientele. Additionally, she is charged with developing and managing new, progressive systems for the overall administrative processes for AG&A.

 


KirkKirk Rustman joined William A. Randolph, Inc , a national general contractor and construction management firm based in Gurnee, Illinois. Mr. Rustman has over 30 years of industry experience and his expertise has helped William A. Randolph, Inc. expand the senior living component of their business. He has extensive relationships in senior living professional community and has assisted in the construction and design of numerous facilities. Mr. Rustman attended the University of Wisconsin Madison, Wisconsin and graduated with a construction administration degree. He has built over 16 million square feet in his career.

 


Thad-GleasonThad Gleason is founder of Gleason Architects, P.C., the general architectural company he began in 2001. He has over 20 years of experience in architectural and structural design. Gleason Architects, P.C. provides full architectural and engineering design services from concept through completion. They are  experienced in a broad range of building types, most notably, senior care, senior housing and multi-family housing. Gleason Architects, P.C. has completed over 30 senior care facilities throughout Illinois. These facilities range in size from 42 to 144 apartments and represent over 2,600 total units. Mr. Gleason earned his Architecture degree in 1981 from the University of Illinois.
